EAT is a Chicago-based nonprofit that focuses on food production and technology as a means to enhance education, personal health & environmental awareness. It does so by hosting hackathons, engaging other non profits, and facilitating funding. Data farming for urban farming.
As for my involvement, I authored a research proposal for education, agriculture, and technology in urban youth. It proposed means of human-subjects methodology supported by extensive literature review, and consulted generally on the various research projects and tech deployment.
